2. Value your business: We provide expert business valuation using various techniques, thus enabling you to have a clear fair price in mind to enter negotiations with.

3. Analysing synergies and help you present your case, thus making your proposal more attractive to potential buyers.

4. Target buyers: We carry out a proactive search and shortlist companies or individuals whom may be interested in entering the deal. We then test their interest with a first meeting to discuss. We will present them with a profile of your company, but without disclosing any information that would give away the name of the company to ensure confidentiality. If, due to the nature of the business, the name of the company has to be disclosed, a non disclosure agreement would have to be signed by the potential buyer before talks proceed.

5. Introduce potential buyers, and advise you in the negotiation process to ensure the full negotiation capabilities are met.


Fee Structure:

Our fees structure can take any of the following forms, depending on your preference:
1. Fixed fee agreed upfront
2. Fixed fee plus bonus only on successful completion of sale
3. Percentage of selling price only on successful completion of sale.
