In 2002 he was admitted as an associate to the association of Chartered and Certified Accountants attaining membership in 2004.
In 2002 he began working on a full time basis with Victor Schranz & Associates as an Audit Senior
In 2004 he was awarded a masters degree in Financial Services from the University of Malta.
In 2005 he successful obtained a Masters in the Science of Quantitive finance and risk management from the Universita’ Bocconi in Milan. Here he learnt various valuation techniques. He’s thesis was on the comparison between revenue and income multiples.
He returned to Malta where he got appointments as an expert in valuing economic damage and lost profits for his clients.
In 2006 he moved to London to work for JPMorgan Chase.
In 2007 he returned to Malta to join Victor Schranz & Associates as a Corporate Finance consultant and heads the Corporate finance team, having led the negotiations and concluded various deals from Both the Buy side as well as the sell side.

Sue Mercieca M.I.A., B.A.Hons Accts., C.P.A

In 1999 she graduated from the University of Malta with a BA Hons in Accountancy.

In October 1999 she joined A.M.Mangion Group in the capacity of Internal Auditor. Here she was responsible for evaluating existing internal controls, contracts, agreements, procedures and related matters, and communicating recommendations, when necessary, to improve the effectiveness of these activities. She was also responsible for preparing electronic spreadsheets for analysis of financial data, assisting in performance or review of special projects, and assisting the accounts department as needed.

In 2005 she was assigned the post of Chief Accountant for A.M.Mangion Ltd.

In 2007 she joined Victor Schranz & Associates as a consultant. With her vast experience in Acquisitions as an internal Auditor she leads the team that assists in the Post Merger Integration process. She also looks after the business plan section of our firm.

In 1969 he was appointed as a student accountant under the Malta Drydocks scheme following a competitive selection procedure.
In 1972 he successfully completed the professional examinations of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants

In the same year he was transferred to London where he worked for Cooper Bros. a highly reputable auditing firm which is now Price Waterhouse Coopers.

In 1974 on his return to Malta he worked for Norman Spiteri & Co. as an Audit Manager. He was responsible for large audits with a turnover of LM 10 million.

In 1980 he established his own practice. He was assigned the audit of Companies with a turnover of 10 Million.

Though his main line of work was Accountancy and Audit, Mr. Schranz also carried out various feasibility studies, as well as business valuations. He has had various court appointments as an expert to confirm business values.

Elizabeth Meilak F.C.C.A.,M.I.A.,B.Com.,C.P.A.

In 1995 she graduated from the University of Malta with a B.com degree.
She began working full time with Victor Schranz from 1997 as an Audit Manager.

In 1999 after she successfully completed the professional examinations, she was admitted as a Member of the association of Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants.

In 2005 she was admitted as a partner in Victor Schranz & Associates.
